This page is a portfolio-style overview of ICMS: a modular platform concept for modern “front doors” — spatial browsing, shared discovery, and durable SDK-style components across the Apple ecosystem.

If you’re a hiring manager or platform lead: this is how I think about building internal SDKs that let teams ship customer-facing features faster without destabilizing the app.

If you’re evaluating ICMS as a product: the numbers below are reference ranges used for pilot/partnership discussions — not a quote. Scope varies by data sources, scale, compliance needs, and which Apple surfaces you want to support (iPhone, iPad, Mac, visionOS).

For hands-on help with architecture, reliability, performance, accessibility, and multi-surface rollout strategy, see Fractional Platform Architecture.

ICMS Looking Glass Swift Package

Full Mobile App

ICMS Looking Glass is delivered as a modular Swift Package that enables spatial browsing of your image/catalog data — moving beyond traditional list-based UIs. Reference range: $10,000+ for a single product/team pilot or internal SDK-style integration (details vary). It’s designed to be adopted like an internal SDK: clean integration points, extensible models, and a UI layer that can evolve without rewriting your entire app. The result is faster discovery, higher engagement, and a browsing experience that feels more like exploration than scrolling.

Looking Glass supports ambient/serendipitous discovery (users find things they didn’t know to ask for), and it includes shared exploration via SharePlay for real-time co-browsing. Even if you don’t yet ship Apple apps, this package can serve as the foundation for a fast pilot — proving a new “front door” on iPhone/iPad first, then expanding to Mac and visionOS.

Key Features

  • Spatial browser of image data (zoom, grouping, ambient browsing)
  • Shared browsing supported through SharePlay (secure peer-to-peer sessions)
  • Delivered as modular Swift Package (easy integration into existing projects)
  • Compatible with iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS (Apple ecosystem ready)
  • Extensible design (supports custom models, metadata, and scaling)

Integration & Support

Integration support is optional. Some teams license the package and integrate it internally; others prefer a short pilot engagement to de-risk architecture, performance, and release workflow. If you want help designing the SDK boundaries, analytics hooks, accessibility patterns, or multi-surface rollout strategy, see Fractional Platform Architecture for typical engagement options.
